About the event
Designed for police Crisis Negotiators, Tactical Team members, Incident Commanders, Mobile Mental Health Crisis Units, and Communicators, this immersive five-day program blends classroom instruction with practical, scenario-based exercises to build confidence and competence in managing high-risk, high-stakes crisis incidents.
Key course components include:

▪️Crisis intervention, de-escalation and rapport-building
▪️Communication with persons in crisis, including those experiencing mental health challenges or suicidal ideation
