Registration is now open for two Major Case Management training programs being hosted by Woodstock Police Service in New Brunswick this May. These programs were initially offered to municipal police services within New Brunswick and, following strong interest, registration is now being extended to police services outside the province. These programs reflect current expectations for disciplined investigative oversight and leadership within complex major case environments. This five day program focuses on investigative planning, information management, risk assessment, documentation and investigative accountability throughout the lifecycle of major investigations. The course is designed to strengthen investigative decision making, coordination and disciplined file management practices.
