Â The course will focus on instruction for members assigned to an operational support role in record keeping for the EOC Incident Commander, Command Post Incident Commanders or Section Chiefs as assigned. An IC scribe requires necessary knowledge and judgement essential to assist the Incident Commander and record information during all levels of emergency response.
